This session will survey important legal concepts for designing a compliant and effective wellness program as well as delivering legally compliant wellness services from wellness practitioners. The presenter will cover basic legal concepts so that attendees know where to look for legal guidance.
Growing a Purposeful Health Coaching Business

This immersive, hands-on workshop guides health coaches through five core pillars for building and sustaining a thriving coaching business. Participants will engage in reflective coaching exercises, small-group collaboration, and real-time planning designed to move past common challenges such as unclear offerings, misaligned pricing, inconsistent marketing, burnout, and uncertainty about what's actually working.
