Earn the CE credits you need to maintain your wellness and benefits-related designations!
Continuing education (CE) credits are available for attending educational sessions during the 2026 Annual Wellness Summit's Core Conference, July 28-30 and for participating in a Preconference on July 27. CE credit approval for all sessions is not guaranteed.
Claiming Credit
You will receive CE credit forms for each session in your badge packet. Check off what type of CE credit you need. Complete the form for each session and turn it in the back of room at the end of each session. Certificates will be emailed within six weeks to participants who have claimed credit.
General Attendance Continuing Education Certificate
Turn in your CE Credit form to receive a general certificate of participation indicating the number of Annual Wellness Summit-verified contact hours earned through your participation in the Annual Wellness Summit. Certificates may be submitted to certifying bodies not listed below. Acceptance of general CE credits is at the discretion of the certifying body.

The National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching
The Annual Wellness Summit has been approved by the NBHWC Program Approval Department for 15.5 credits for the continuing education and training of National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coaches (NBC-HWC). NBHWC Approved number: CEA-100324-1
American College of Sports Medicine
The American College of Sports Medicine’s Continuing Professional Education Committee certifies that the Wellness Alliance’s Annual Wellness Summit (100039) meets the criteria for 19.0 official ACSM CECs from 6/9/2026 to 6/8/2027. The ACSM Education Provider approved course reflects the concepts of their respective organizations and does not necessarily represent the positions or policies of ACSM.
Certified Wellness Practitioner
The Wellness Alliance Council on Wellness Certification Excellence has approved the 2026 Annual Wellness Summit for Certified Wellness Practitioners (CWPs) to earn up to 18.75 total Category 1 continuing education credits (up to 13.25 for attending Core Conference sessions attended and up to 5.5 for attending a Preconference session).
HRCI®
Various sessions of the 2026 Annual Wellness Summit have been approved for HR (General) Recertification credit hours towards aPHR™, aPHRi™, PHR®, PHRca®, SPHR®, GPHR®, PHRi™ and SPHRi™ recertification through the HR Certification Institute® (HRCI®).
NCHEC (CHES®/MCHES®)
Sponsored by Wellness Alliance, a designated provider of continuing education contact hours (CECH) in health education by the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc. This program is designated for Certified Health Education Specialists (CHES®) and/or Master Certified Health Education Specialists (MCHES®) to receive up to 18.75 total Category I contact education contact hours. Maximum advanced-level continuing education contact hours available are 17.5. To be eligible for the full 18.75 CECH, you must attend a 1-Day Intensive Training Seminar (up to 5.5 CECH) and the full Core Conference (13.25 CECH). Provider ID# 100859
SHRM
The Wellness Alliance Wellness is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for the SHRM-CP℠ or SHRM-SCP℠. Various sessions of the 2026 Annual Wellness Summit are valid for PDCs for SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP.
CEBS Compliance Credit
The 2026 Annual Wellness Summit is approved by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans for Certified Employee Benefit Specialists (CEBS) to earn up to 19.5 self-reported Compliance Credits.
