Award-Winning Approaches to Building a Well Workplace: A Panel Discussion
2:00 PM - 3:00 PM ET
Free to Wellness Alliance members.
What does it take to build—and sustain—a workplace culture that truly supports well-being across an entire organization? In this engaging panel discussion, leaders from award-winning organizations in health care, higher education, and retail/distribution will share real-world insights from their experiences supporting successful, high-impact wellness initiatives. They’ll explore their successes and challenges, including strategies for securing leadership support, aligning wellness with business priorities, and scaling efforts across diverse, distributed workforces.
Representatives from Wellstar Health System, the University of North Alabama, and Alex Lee will also reflect on the Well Workplace Award application process and how Wellness Alliance tools, resources, and frameworks support their progress and outcomes.
Participants will have opportunities to submit questions and share insights before and during the session, with continued discussion via an online members-only discussion board.
Attendees will gain practical perspectives on what drives long-term success in workplace wellness—beyond programs and perks—to the systems, relationships, and strategies that embed wellness into organizational culture.
