Advances in research highlight the gut microbiome’s central role in digestion, immune function, and mental well-being. This webinar provides wellness professionals with a focused overview of the gut–brain axis, including key hormones and signaling pathways linking gastrointestinal and neurological health.

Participants will explore evidence-based nutrition strategies, including prebiotic- and probiotic-rich foods, along with practical approaches for integrating them into diets. The session will also address dysbiosis, including its contributing factors, clinical relevance, and strategies to support microbial balance. Finally, the webinar will examine the impact of common health conditions on gut function and introduce mindfulness techniques to support this connection.
