Facilitating Well: Creating Engaging, Psychologically Safe Learning Experiences
1:00 PM - 3:00 PM ET
Effective wellness education combines subject matter expertise with the ability to foster trust, engagement, and meaningful behavior change. Whether you're facilitating a brief lunch-and-learn for employees, leading a multi-session community program, or presenting to large audiences, creating an environment that supports learning and well-being is essential.
In this interactive virtual workshop, you'll explore practical strategies for fostering psychological safety and meaningful participation across a variety of settings. You'll discover how mindfulness, self-awareness, and intentional communication can strengthen your effectiveness as a facilitator and help you authentically model the wellness principles you promote. Through reflection, discussion, and experiential activities, you'll leave with practical tools to build trust, deepen engagement, and create experiences that support lasting wellness outcomes.
Note: This is a highly participatory workshop. Attendees are encouraged to share video and audio throughout the session. The workshop is available live only and will not be offered on demand.
