Available exclusively to Wellness Alliance members, this interactive train-the-trainer workshop provides step-by-step guidance for delivering an engaging presentation aligned with the May 2026 Well Balanced theme, Sleep and Your Health.
Participants will receive a fully developed, customizable PowerPoint presentation—including a complete script and facilitator notes—ready to support their own delivery. Members will also gain access to a companion microlearning course to share with their audience, along with practical recommendations for integrating additional May Well Balanced resources into “Better Sleep Month” communications and programming.
