Course Description
No matter your role or your work setting, cultivating authentic relationships and understanding your professional scope of practice are foundational to being a “well” leader. Through the information, activities, and resources provided in this course, you will develop authentic, autonomy-supportive, and collaborative approaches that support positive change.
The Wellness Alliance offers nine e-learning courses intentionally designed to cover foundational topics within the five domains of the Wellness Promotion Competency Model. The researched-based model serves as the standard for the Certified Wellness Practitioner (CWP) certification. This is the second of two courses supporting the Authenticity and Self-Awareness competency domain.
